For thick fluids and pastes
Thick, non-pourable fluids can trap air during production and when filling syringe barrels.
The SmoothFlowTM Piston compensates for this air and prevents oozing or dripping

For thin fluids
The SmoothFlow PE pistons keep the fluid in the syringe barrel, contain fumes and provide smooth,
clean, controlled dispensing. Sealants, epoxies, greases, RTVs

For best result…
1. Place piston in contact with the fluid
2. If the piston seems to stick during insertion, squeeze the syringe barrel slightly, and the piston can be pushed in easily.
3. To change tips, invert the syringe barrel. The piston will prevent any black-flow.
4. If a dot thin fluid forms on the tip, adjust the dispenser vacuum control.

Lubricants, paints, inks
If you choose not to use the piston, do not tip the syringe barrel upside down or lay flat. This will cause the fluid to run
into the dispenser.We changing tips or attaching a tip cap, use the safety clip. Refer to the manual for more information.

Note: Cyanoacrylates, anaerobics and solvents dispense best with the LV BarrierTM Ultra System.
